Enter the thatched cottage of Du Fu
I enter the thatched cottage of poem,
To seek for the poem sage’s dream
Of which he craved for working hard for the prosperity of the nation
But becoming destitute and homeless in vain.
I shed tears for the brilliant thought of millenarian
Which has not enlightened the palace of dynasty Tan.
Today being the fist lunar month ,seven
A milliard of people swarm in here together for their admiration
Look! Scholars and beauties are in quick succession.
Cleaving the cold current and overshadowing the setting sun,
Who are submitting their contribution or engaging in phrase-mongering,
And singing high or reciting low the joys and sorrows to fill in!..

追寻诗圣的梦想
为国图大志
怎奈流落他乡
叹千年后依旧闪光的思想
照不亮唐时的宫阙殿堂
如今人日柴门内外万人敬仰
看后来才俊佳人
踏破寒风斜阳
舞文泼墨多少文章
高唱低吟这千年的悲喜忧伤
诗人原注：人日，每年正月初七，在成都杜甫草堂举行“人日游草堂”活动，当日新老诗人欢聚吟诗，以此纪念诗人。今年，著名影视明星集体参加了这一活动，央视著名节目主持人王小丫也来现场主持了这一活动。2004-2-2于成都

踏破寒风遮蔽夕阳。
舞文泼墨谱写翰林华章
